Construction sanitation in San Diego is governed by Cal/OSHA Title 8 CCR §1526, which requires one toilet for crews of 1–20, two for 21–35, three for 36–55, four for 56–80, and so on — plus a hand-wash facility wherever running water is not otherwise available. For high-rise and tower construction, we coordinate crane lifts of single units to upper floors. For phased multifamily projects, we phase-down unit counts as trades finish, so you are not paying for sanitation you no longer need.
