1. Information we collect
We collect contact information you provide when you request a quote, place an order, or correspond with us: name, business name, phone number, email address, delivery address, billing address, and project details. We also collect payment information through our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our own systems). When you visit our website we collect standard server log information (IP address, user agent, referring page).
2. How we use it
To deliver the services you've requested, to schedule and route delivery and servicing, to bill for those services, to send service confirmations and reminders, to respond to inquiries, to issue certificates of insurance, and to comply with applicable law and tax reporting.
3. Who we share it with
Service vendors who help us run the business — our payment processor, our routing and dispatch software provider, our email and SMS providers, our accountant, and our insurance broker — under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent your information to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing list providers.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure aggregate site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site functionality may not work as intended.
5. How long we keep it
We retain customer and transaction records for at least seven years to comply with California and federal tax and recordkeeping requirements. Service tickets and certificates of insurance are retained for the longer of seven years or the applicable statute of limitations for the underlying project.
6. Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may request access to personal information we hold about them, correction of inaccuracies, deletion (subject to recordkeeping requirements above), and an accounting of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell). To exercise these rights, email [email protected] or call (619) 308-0313.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you in accordance with California law.
