By renting portable toilet equipment from Vesper Portable Toilets, you agree to these terms. All rentals are subject to availability and our standard rental agreement.
We will deliver equipment to the address specified. The renter is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles and a suitable, level placement surface. We reserve the right to determine appropriate placement locations.
Renters are responsible for the care of equipment during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Do not move units once placed without contacting us.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept all major credit cards and checks.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a delivery fee.
Vesper Portable Toilets is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment. Users assume all risk associated with use of portable sanitation equipment.
