Construction sites (Cal/OSHA-required)
Cal/OSHA Title 8 CCR §1526 requires sanitation on every construction site with more than one worker, scaled to crew size. 1 toilet for 1–20 workers, 2 for 21–35, 3 for 36–55, 4 for 56–80, plus a hand-wash facility where running water is unavailable. Inspectors do check this. If your site fails inspection, work stops.
